HOW DO I GET INVOLVED?

All bookings can be placed via this website. However, if you are experiencing any issues, or would like to discuss your visit prior to booking, please do get in touch via email. I'd be happy to assist you. 

 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

As a security measure payment for your treatment can be made online via our website, or in person using a debit/credit card prior to your treatment commencing. Please note, we do not accept payment in cash. You can also pay for your treatment using a valid gift voucher, please email us directly to redeem this.

DO YOU OFFER SPORTS MASSAGE?

Yes we do! With SPORTS MASSAGE are values lay with a more clinical approach to this particular therapy. As a part of your session a written, verbal and visual consultation/assessment will be completed to best understand your current situation. The treatment may include active and passive techniques, as well as the use of assists such as K-Taping. We will agree a course of treatment, prior to beginning. Sports Massage can sometimes involve a temporary and small level of discomfort. It is beneficial to your rehabilitation and to the session to remain engaged and talk to your therapist about what does and does not feel productive during your treatment. 

IS IT SAFE? ​

As qualified and fully insured therapists operating in the UK, we take every precaution to ensure your safety. Techniques performed, vary from person to person, dependent on individual needs, but your comfort and wellbeing will always be paramount. If you have a medical condition of any kind and you're unsure whether or not massage is right for you, please seek advice from your GP/Consultant in the first instance. ​Prior to your treatment commencing we will run through a thorough consultation to best understand your needs.

I'M PREGNANT, CAN I VISIT THE STUDIO?

Firstly, congratulations! However, unfortunately at present we do not offer pregnancy massage. Please do be in touch and we'd be happy to refer you onwards. We do not recommend massage during the first trimester (up to 12 weeks). However, if you've surpassed this milestone (second or third trimester) massage is highly recommended to aid the strains of carrying an unborn child. 

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT? 

If it is necessary for you to cancel your booking, you may do so free of charge up to 72 hours prior to your original booking. If you cancel less than 72 hours before but, more than 24 hours in advance, you will be refunded 50% of the service charge. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or do not attend your appointment, we are unable to refund the cost of your booking entirely.

CAN YOU VISIT AT ME HOME?

Possibly. As a small independent, I currently only operate a mobile service within Hackney, Tower Hamlets and Islington boroughs in London.
